1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting keydeals.co or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or place an order.

2. Who We Are

KeyDeals is an independently operated, UK-based online business trading as “KeyDeals”. Purchases are made from an individual sole trader operating under this trading name; KeyDeals is not a registered company. We do not maintain a physical storefront — all sales and support happen online, primarily via WhatsApp and email.

3. Products We Sell

We sell genuine, ready-to-use Microsoft accounts with a Microsoft Office 365 Personal license already activated on them. Your account is created on our keydeals.email domain using a username you choose when you sign up — for example yourname@keydeals.email. Each license is intended for use by one person, with no limit on the number of devices, and is valid for one year from activation unless stated otherwise.

4. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed using the sign-up form on our website. You provide your name, email address, phone number and the Office 365 username you would like.

We create your account before taking payment, and we do not ask for card details at sign-up. This gives you a 24-hour free trial: once we email your login details you may sign in and use the account, and you only pay if you decide to keep it. Payment is taken through a secure, Stripe-hosted link — we do not collect or store your card details ourselves. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours of us sending your login details. If payment has not been received within that period, we may suspend or delete the account without further notice. No charge is made in that case. All sales are final except as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

We create your Microsoft account and email the login details to the address you gave at sign-up — typically within minutes, and almost always within 24 hours. Delivery is by email only.

The password we send is temporary. You are responsible for signing in promptly at office.com, changing that password to one only you know, and keeping the account secure afterwards. Once you have changed it, we cannot see your password.

If your login details haven’t arrived, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

6. Refunds

If your account fails to activate or doesn’t work as described, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of payment under our Refund Policy. Refunds are not available simply for a change of mind once an account has been delivered and used.

If you decide not to go ahead after receiving your login details, you don’t need to do anything — simply don’t pay. The account is suspended automatically once the 24-hour window passes and you will not be charged.

7. Acceptable Use

Each license is for one person only. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the account or license to any other person. Misuse of the account, including violating Microsoft’s own terms of service, may void your right to a refund.

8. No Affiliation with Microsoft

KeyDeals is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation. “Microsoft”, “Office 365”, “Office” and related logos are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, used here solely to identify the product.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeyDeals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of a purchased license. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site or place orders after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
