30-day money-back guarantee

Our Guarantee

Every KeyDeals order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the Microsoft account or license you receive fails to activate, or doesn’t work as described, we will issue a full refund.

You also get a 24-hour free trial before any money changes hands. We set your account up first and take no card details at sign-up, so you can sign in and check everything works before you pay a cent. If you change your mind at that stage, simply don’t pay — the account is suspended once the 24-hour window passes and you are never charged, so there’s nothing to refund.

What's Covered

The license/account fails to activate at office.com
The account is not a genuine Office 365 Personal license as described
The account stops working through no fault of your own within the 30-day window

What's Not Covered

Change of mind after a license has been successfully activated and used
Issues caused by sharing the account with others or violating Microsoft’s terms of service
Refund requests made more than 30 days after payment
Accounts suspended because payment was not completed within 24 hours of delivery — no payment was taken, so there is nothing to refund

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at contact@keydeals.co or via WhatsApp within 30 days of your purchase, including your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to confirm your refund within 2 business days and process it back to your original Stripe payment method.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the funds.
